The calling system does not need its own LLM.

state machine in your existing language. Configure objective, policy and actions
once; send only current evidence at runtime.

## Coding Agents

Give the self-contained prompt to a Coding Agent with access to the target
repository. It will implement ordinary deterministic code and offline tests. The
