# Toolkits — ResolveSignal

Build the agent. Use the API.

Tools to make agent setup easier, from your first integration to shared USDC budgets. Choose a starting point, connect your existing wallet and bring ResolveSignal into your workflow.

## Downloadable tools, paid API calls

ResolveSignal provides the paid decision API: the configured fee is 0.06 USDC per accepted call. The live quote sets the purchase price. Toolkits help you connect and operate agents; installing them does not buy a call.

## Agent Starter

Status: Open-source alpha. For your first agent.

A runnable starter for pay-per-call ResolveSignal requests using your existing Circle Agent Wallet.

- Free offline demo and two example tasks
- Read-only checks for your existing Circle wallet
- Explicit paid calls, private results and recovery

No LLM key, new contract or budget deposit needed. Demo is free; paid calls require confirmation and are capped at 0.06 USDC each. Locally verified; live Circle paid testing and independent review are pending.

## ResolveSignal Integration Kit

Status: Available. For an existing agent or application.

A Python reference SDK and CLI, schemas and examples for connecting your own system to the decision API.

- Build and validate structured requests
- Review the quote before a paid call
- Recover the original call after an interruption

Your application does not need its own LLM. Read the developer guide before making a paid call.

## Agent Commitments

Status: x402 integration · Alpha. For developers building agent teams.

Open-source contracts and a TypeScript SDK for shared USDC budgets, constrained grants and job reconciliation on Arc.

- Call ResolveSignal with your existing Circle wallet
- Check x402 quotes and cap spending per call
- Recover the original call without automatic repayment

The x402 client is available in the alpha.2 source for 0.06 USDC calls. No new contract or budget deposit is required. The alpha.1 release does not include this client. Locally verified; live Circle paid testing and independent security review are pending.

## From setup to a useful call

### Choose your starting point

Connect an existing agent with the integration kit or explore the toolkit that fits your workflow.

### Use your existing wallet

Circle Agent Wallet and Arc Portal manage wallet access, balances and spending limits. Toolkits build on that infrastructure.

### Call ResolveSignal

Prepare a task, review the live quote and authorize the API purchase. Your agent receives a structured recommendation and retains execution control.

## You stay in control

Installing a toolkit does not authorize a paid API call. Configure wallet permissions in Arc Portal and explicitly authorize task scope and spending. Agent Commitments does not replace wallet limits. Its direct-wallet x402 client bypasses BudgetVault accounting; shared-budget primitives are a separate flow.

ResolveSignal returns a recommendation. Your system checks the conditions and decides whether to execute it. Existing ResolveSignal payment and refund rules remain in force; the planned starter does not change them.
