Privacy & data handling

What is processed, what is deleted, and what remains.

Updated 8 October 2026

Business input and output

The service holds business input and output in memory during a call. It removes them after the complete result body is sent. An undelivered result can be recovered for at most 60 seconds, or until earlier state expiry. Save the received result in your own application; the service cannot replay it after deletion.

Model processing

Live analysis shares supplied input with TypeSafe/Jev and the configured model provider, currently OpenAI. Their data handling and retention policies are separate from the deletion performed on our server. Server-side deletion is not a promise of zero retention by those providers. Send only information necessary for the task and that you are authorized to share.

Payment and operational records

Call identifiers, hashes, payment references, timestamps and financial status are retained to prevent duplicate charges and reconcile payments or refunds. These records are separate from business input and output. Unresolved financial obligations remain until reconciliation; the live form publishes the configured retention policy for resolved metadata.

Public blockchain records

Wallet addresses, amounts and transactions on Arc are public blockchain records. Deleting service data does not delete those records. Avoid putting private information in transaction data.

Website and infrastructure

The informational website has no account form, advertising scripts or application analytics trackers. Cloudflare handles network traffic and security, which may involve technical connection information and cookies under its own policy. API documentation also loads Swagger UI resources from a third-party CDN.

Support messages

Information you choose to send by email is separate from the pay-per-call lifecycle and is not covered by automatic result deletion. Keep support requests limited to the details needed to resolve the issue.
